The apartment, located on the second floor of a building built in 1936, is composed of an entrance hall, a living/dining room with balcony, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one large with a tub, the other very small with a walk-in shower) and a kitchen. The apartment is very quiet and luminous with traditional Italian furnishings, its own furnace and air conditioning system as well as wifi internet access. There is an ample supply of bed, bath and table linen in the apartment.

The historic Aventine Hill (Aventino) is a residential area not far from the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill and Circo Massimo. Public transportation (by underground/subway, bus, street car and taxi) is excellent. The train station Roma Ostiense (service to the airport Leonardo da Vinci at Fiumicino) is nearby. Supermarkets, grocery stores, coffee bars, restaurants and pizzerias are close by on Viale Aventino and in Testaccio at the bottom of the hill.

The Fatebenefratelli Hospital on Isola Tiberina is within walking distance.



The weekly rental rate is 1.000 Euros for occupancy by no more than two persons, no particular day of the week for starting a rental.
